Spectrum Home Inspections provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were accommodating and helpful, even encouraging me to adjust my inspection date to ensure I did not jeopardize my earnest money deposit due to the contract deadline.

The inspector was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough, identifying concerns in every nook and cranny of the home. The inspection report was detailed and well-written, and the clear, high-quality photos helped highlight the areas needing attention.

What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. Mrs. Lynn and the young lady who answered the phones treated me like family, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I also appreciated the $50 new-customer discount that Spectrum offered.
