Just a phone call to service and Jason was out the same day to look at my washer. Best decision was to buy a new washer seeing the fix was going to be a control board. I got Kelly on the phone right away and purchased a new washer, paid over the phone and had it delivered without going to the store at all. From the call to Carol in service, Jason’s repair expertise and Kelly’s sales and customer service I was very pleased with all encounters with Sound Furniture and Appliance. It’s nice to work with home town folks. Super happy.
