My new furniture was delivered today and I love it!! Sound furniture has the BEST selection and they were so patient with me as I came in numerous times to sit on every sofa and chair. Nikki was fabulous! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She kept us informed all along the process. Shoutout to the delivery team! Mike and company let us know when they would arrive. They did an awesome job moving furniture in and out - lots of stairs! I will definitely be back!

Great furniture and great prices. Deb was helpful in helping us select the pieces that were right for our family. The delivery process was convenient and easy.

We had a piece break off our table leaf and the warranty process was very easy. The table leaf was fixed in a timely manner.

All of the staff is helpful.

The technician that came to fix my refrigerator was very nice and professional. I wish I could remember his name. Everyone at the office I’ve ever talked to is nice and professional. My refrigerator was fixed in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
