A slat broke on a bed I purchased in 2013. I brought the pieces in to see if i could buy a replacement. Its not a regularly stocked item, but they found one in their warehouse and gave it to me. That's the way to do customer service!

A few years back we purchased a mattress from Sound Furniture and it’s hands down the best mattress ever. Through professional guidance by the friendly staff we found the perfect fit. Recently we purchased a sofa that we were apple to have custom made for our needs. Again a perfect match for our needs. We have referred Sound to many friends and see ourselves as forever customers. Great selection and outstanding customer service.
