Snowy Pines White Labs

This has been a terrific experience from beginning to end. We just got our puppy two days ago, but we could not be happier. Thor is spooky smart and extremely handsome. We were a little hesitant about the puppy/family matching system. But if you take the time to watch the puppy cam (my wife actually became addicted to it) and make two selections, you will see that the system works. We knew we wanted a white lab and stumbled across Snowy Pines website. We were impressed with what we read and the all the reviews so we gave them a call. Tom is so great, taking time to answer all questions and tell us all about their dogs. He was very responsive to all forms of communications (text, emails, calls) and I really appreciated that. They upload pictures of your puppies and send lots of videos so you can see them during their first weeks of life which I thought was great. And I love how they send you little personality descriptions of the puppies so you can best figure out the puppy that might be best with your family. Our family drove to Arkansas to pick our puppy up when the time came.
