Snowy Pines White Labs

This is the first online review I have written for anything, EVER. I read all of the positive reviews before contacting SPWlabs, and to say our experience over the months of waiting for our dog, communicating about the litter that we would be a part of, and the process of seeing our dog come home on an airplane, seamlessly - just WOW!! They are first class all of the way, coupled with a dose of southern charm that this NY family needed!!
Tom and his wife could not have been more informative, kind, and supportive through the process. White Labs are just what they know through and through. It is their passion and they continue to build their business so their labs touch the lives of those who love them. Snowy Pines was amazing through the entire process. From my first phone call with them I knew this was the breeder we wanted to use. They were always available to answer my questions and I loved the weekly photo updates and the video feed of the puppies. We love our Snowy Pines pup so much and we are often complimented on how well mannered she is and of course how beautiful she is. Tracy and I had the most incredible experience with Snowy Pines and the staff. We drove a 1000 miles down to pickup our 2 pups, Finley and Tucker, and we felt like family the moment we arrived. We had a white lab years ago that was a very close member of the family. After his death, it took many years to decide to get another lab thinking he could never be replaced. After great research from a friend, looking for quality and trying to stay away from puppy mills; who only care about quick turnovers and money, we found Snowy Pines White Labs. We now have added another member to our family from Nala & Moon's litter. What a great puppy, very smart, quick learner and couldn't have asked for more. Living on the east coast, we relied on Snowy Pines to keep us informed on the puppy's progress. Even after receiving our puppy, we would call from time to time with questions and or training tips. A class facility from pre-birth to going home. The ability to watch the “Live Puppy Cams” starting a few weeks after birth were both entertaining and helpful in the selection process.
I was able to visit the facility around week 5, and they encourage everyone that wants to come visit.
Extremely clean, and professionally maintained by Kennel Manager Sandra and they’re always available to assist you with any of your questions.
I just returned home yesterday with my puppy (Cooper)from Storm and Moons litter, and Cooper never cried the entire 5 hour drive home. I was extremely impressed how well he took to being crate and potty trained. No issues with either of these common problems when bringing home a puppy after 8 weeks.
