My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Solterra Resort property. I cannot sing management enough praises for the attention that they give their guests. I will definitely be coming back next summer with the entire family, as we had a wonderful vacation. Property management is available for any questions that you may have during your stay. There was never a time when they were not available, they replied to every message within the hour. The staff at Shine Villas was responsive and accommodating from before I made my reservation to the day after I checked out. They are very attentive and extremely welcoming. The house was lovely. A few things needed vacuumed when we got there, But it appeared just to be an oversight. It was otherwise very clean. It was spacious and the dining room table fit our entire family. The pool at the house was great. The pool at the clubhouse has super limited hours so that was a bummer.
The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. A couple of the themed rooms were loved by the kids. We all enjoyed that each bedroom had a name!
The game room was nice but incredibly out even with a fan going. But we still enjoyed playing the games.
The house is very close to stores if you need something and there’s ice cream places nearby as well.

First the house was beautiful and plenty of room for a large party. The surrounding area and pool area near the house were still under construction. Some bathrooms and game room were not cleaned very well. We were not told to bring our own toiletries. Each of the 5 bathrooms only had one roll of tp. Hot tub wasn't working and biting ants on patio made it difficult to sit outside. Possibly caused from construction in area

Beautiful home and in walking distance to the amenities. We arrived to hot house and ac not working and had to stay in 80 degrees til the ac thawed which was like midnight . They did have an ac company come out . Only thing I wish they had more kitchen stuff. I couldn’t even find a oven mitt. Make sure to get code for amenities I had to call to get one. I think it’s ridiculous you have to pay for a grill with the price you pay to stay so we didn’t get it but they had one on patio. Pool was great. I would stay again the house is large for big families. There is a 5 car I think max and they WILL TOW! I did like have access to garage. Overall a great stay Read more >
