There were a few steps in the process that made me slightly uncomfortable, ie requirements to send over a cc of your license and credit card. I've never had to do that for a rental agreement. The final payment didn't come out as noted and I had to follow up for completion. Otherwise, shine Villas was incredibly accommodating, polite, and very responsive during the booking process. The rental itself was beautiful and clean. I would 100% stay there again. I wish we had more detail on what to do with garbage, recyclables, and info on the amenities that came with the rental. When I emailed and called, I dont remember ever getting a response.

Overall a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I give it a 4 because the facilities were nice but we only got to use them one day. The pool and the gym were closed because of the roof installation that we did not know about before hand. It was VERY bright in the bedrooms at night from the lights outside and I would suggest some black out curtains or shades in all of bedrooms but we were able to remedy this problem. Read more >
