Shine Villas

House was very nice and spacious. Location was great, close to main attractions in Kissimmee and Disney. Cleaning and maintenance of the house was ok. We found spiderweb in the kitchen pendants lights, towels were ripped and have stains, drain issues in the bath tub, TV remote control didn't have batteries. We received a phone call to check our stay throughout AI assistance, however once we reported the issues Noone calls us back or fix the issues.
Overall was a good stay.

Stayed at Tropical Escape by Shine. Lovely house. Clean, tidy and quiet. Pool is really nice. Situation is close to everything you will want. Communicate well.
