Had a problem with the thermostat and was able to get it fixed immediately by phone. Overall, we were very happy. The unit needs a little bit of attention in regards to the sofa and carpets in the bedrooms and the dryer vent had a huge hole in it. Just felt like a few items needed to be replaced. We rented a home through Shine Villas for Thanksgiving week. The home was exactly as described in the listing. Very spacious, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a pool and a fenced in yard. The garage was converted to a game room. Our 2 teenagers really enjoyed themselves. Best part is we were able to bring our 2 (well-behaved) dogs with us. Only complaint was the fence was broken so we couldn't let the dog loose; however, there was a strong storm the week before, so were understanding.
