Shine Villas

Shine Villas was great! Centrally locates to all the parks and sports complexes. Great for a large group to visit the theme parks or stay for competitions. There is a Publix and Dollar General close by to supplement any of the supplies and purchase provisions. 5 out of 5 would highly recommend!

The condo was very nice! The directions for getting in and out were clear & easy. I love the location. I’ve stayed in that very area before. I would give 5 stars, but the hot water didn’t last long enough for 3 baths in a row so I bumped it down a notch to 4. If you time your baths correctly, it’s not a serious issue though. All in all, we were pleased, and I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Super nice gated community and easy access to get too.

We enjoyed our stay with Shine Villas. They were easy to get ahold of when issues arose. Unfortunately, we had issues with the gate and gate attendant. One of our registered guests was not showing up (after already being registered and a call to management) and had a difficult time getting through. This was in the evening and the line of cars was quite long. It was a frustrating situation for all.

We stayed here while traveling with my son’s football team. The home was really nice and was bigger than expected. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. My favorite part of the home was open kitchen, dining room and living space. If I travel to this area again, I’d definitely book this same home.

I have owned a villa in Orlando for 3 years now and Shine Villas have managed it as a short-term rental for me for the whole duration.

The diary is always full, the home is always clean and the team (especially Sally who took time to liase with me regularly) are helpful, friendly & professional. They are great at answering any questions I have quickly and providing me with regular updates on the villa which is helpful as I live in the UK.
