The Villa was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies.
We ran into 2 issues, 1 of which was resolved to my satisfaction. We attempted to use the community amenities and were denied access because the HOA fees had not been paid. They were paid and we were able to access the Hideaway Club the next day.

The second issue is very concerning and I'm not inclined to rent again because of it. On one of our "sleep-in" days, closer to the end of our stay, there was a knock on the front door about 9am. After knocking repeatedly the door was opened and a man from pest control entered the Villa. Once he realized there were occupants he left but the experience left me and my daughters rattled. Place was exactly how it was described and just a little smaller than I would have liked for 7 people .It was very comfy & nice and family oriented. Very attentive and reply quickly . My family enjoyed our stay in Florida. The home was as pictured, beautiful, clean and very spacious with all the needed amenities. Oli was absolutely the best host and was so responsive and took care of any issues we had immediately. The home is located in a very quiet area and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool and jacuzzi was an added bonus to come to after being out and about all day. Oh, and the kids really enjoyed the game room. We would definitely stay again. Read more >

Place was clean and nice but only gave us 1 packet of laundry soap for 3 night stay and when we went to the water park and pool first day they told us we couldn’t use it because of some dispute between property owner and hoa. And then water slide wasn’t open during the pool business hours and so we’d have to wait. Read more >

We needed a villa at short notice and Shine found us the most amazing villa ( Camp Mickey) on the solara resort and it was everything we wanted , in excellent condition, clean and modern with all the things we had dreamed of in our Villa , only a couple of very minor issues which the Shine maintanence team resolved in a couple of hours, I would definitely recommend them Read more >
