First off, apologies for being so late with my review. Our trip to Florida was July 15-22, 2023. The house we rented for the week was everything we had hoped it would be—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. The pool and spa were a bonus for all. Having paid to heat the pool and spa was a good call as after a day in the parks, it was nice to sit in the water and relax. We also rented a gas grill for the week, which was another good call. The location was a great spot. Near all the parks, grocery stores, entertainment facilities, shopping, etc. It was a pleasure to deal with Shine Villas. We had no issues with the rental other than enough washcloths for everyone, and the shower in the master bedroom on the first floor didn't put out enough water for me.
