We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious, and well equipped home. The house was exceptionally clean and met the needs of our family of 6 adults, one teenager, and 3 toddlers. My grandkids enjoyed the private pool with jacuzzi, the kid's themed room, and the upstairs game room. The laundry room is equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and an easy drive to the Disney theme parks. The host, Oli checked in on us via text during our stay to make sure that we were comfortable and to make sure that everything met our expectations. We definitely plan to stay here again. I have rented several vacation homes over the years; this home is definitely in our top three favorites. Read more >

We stayed in a villa on Watersong, Davenport. The villa was Serenity Now by Shine. The house was definitely one of those that makes you go wow both inside and out and it was spotlessly clean. Inside the home everything is so modern and comfortable, it is just like it looks in the pictures but better. The pool area has so many areas to sit in and all in comfort with padded chairs and sofa. The pool area is also very private as there is nothing behind you other than conservation. What we particularly noticed was how spotless the pool deck was, not only clean but free from cracks (unlike many we have stayed in).

In the past I have always tried to rent villas direct from the owners as I felt they would always give a better service and be more responsive as it is their income, but over the past few years I have noticed its getting harder to rent direct and more and more... Read more >
