The place was very nice and clean, we had a little hiccup with getting in I had to call to get check in info (code)so I had to wait outside , the carpet was a little dirty and no tvs in all rooms, the house was warm at night, no ceiling fans. Everything was great the hostess was awesome and very attentive to our needs. She responded in timely manner. We had a small situation with the door code but she got that taken care of in a short time frame. We’ve hired places through this company twice now - 2022 and 2024. Both rentals were of good quality. Customer service was fantastic. We got caught in Hurricane Ian in 2022 and staff were really helpful. Gave us loads of advice and were exceptionally quick to reply to emails. We had 2 minor issues with each place and staff at shine villas came out within 24 hours to repair/replace. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.
Have already recommended them to people and will hopefully be booking again with them in the near future.
