Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Our AC went out late in the evening on a Sunday night. I was able to get in contact with Bryan and Sherlock Homes quickly and he was able to come out the same night. He worked late into the night/early morning to repair and get our system up and running! He was so knowledgeable and patient, spent extra time, even though it was late, to make sure the system was working properly. I don’t know when he finds time to sleep! He really saved us, I had a sleeping two year old in the house and needed our AC working during these hot summer days. Other companies were scheduling days out. I will never go back to our old company for anything AC related or maintenance, sticking with Bryan and Sherlock Homes from here out! We woke up to our A/C continuously blowing air without any results. Of course, it was a Friday with a forecasted temperature in the high 90’s. Our home warranty stated that their service provider had until the next business day to contact us and set up service. Did I mention it was a Friday?!?! We ditched that plan and started calling companies. We couldn’t have been more lucky to have contacted Sherlock Homes A/C. Brian, the owner, provided same day service. He was prompt, efficient, professional, and kind. And, he’s incredibly reasonable! We highly recommend him. Sherlock Homes is our new go-to company for our a/c and heating concerns!

Bryan was knowledgeable, professional, exceedingly respectful. We appreciated the fact that he wore his mask, AND shoe covers, when entering our home to service the AC. We had never seen anyone go that far to protect our health/home and we had barely met. When consulting with us on the repair, he told us that there was a chance that there was a warranty on the part. He took it upon himself to call the manufacturer and deal with them on our behalf to secure the part and install it in the SAME DAY. To ensure that this repair and new part wouldn’t endure the same fate in a few years- he even suggested and installed a surge protector on the part. I am over the moon. If I already have a review, oops; but I wanted to make certain Bryan got the recognition he deserved for saving us from the “big fleet” companies. Yes I did have a scheduled appointment with a “big fleet” company that day but they couldn’t give me a time frame. We had been without a/c for a day +. In south Texas, that’s an eternity. We couldn’t wait so we called Sherlock. He explained he had just taken off on a call but could be here in 2 hours. He got to the house earlier than expected, explained the problem & gave us options. Oh did I mention it was pouring down rain & my husband held an umbrella over him while Bryan was working on the electrical part of the a/c!!! I know the power was off but still.
