I was referred to SCEG for a root canal by my dentist and I am so grateful for them! They were able to fit me in for an appointment same day as I truly had so much discomfort and pain on one of my tooth. Dr. Kang and staff including Joelly and Dawn were very welcoming, friendly and exceptionally professional. Dr. Kang explained the process to me thoroughly and made me feel calm during the root canal procedure. I just had the most incredible Dental experience in the history of going to the Dentist in the past 35 years. SCEG was awesome on so many levels. First, the way the office operates. Everybody knows what they are doing and it shows. From Dawn, the office Manager to Alicia, and, of course Dr. Ghahraman. One of the most important things to me was to Avoid Pain. The entire team provided this for like nothing I have ever experienced. I received a total of FIVE shots, and Dr. Ghahraman made sure of that. One of the things I always look for when I go to any business is how do the employees treat each other. I had terrible pain from an root canal gone bad and abscess. The group got me in pretty quick, Dr. Kang gave advice and a plan of care. She provided tactics to ease my pain. A couple days later the root canal fixed, infection clearing. It's not easy having someone so close to your face but the whole group eas such a comfort. I found the hold staff wonderful. Dr Pokras made my fear of the Dental procedure so comforting. Gisselle was so tender and helped any fright I had easy for me. Dr. Roya Ghahraman and her assistant, Julia worked together like two peas in a pod. They were in sync, had chemistry and made me feel comfortable with explanations all throughout my procedure. I appreciated them treating me like I was their most important customer of the day as I’m sure they do with all of their patients.
