From the front desk where Dawn, Karina, Stephanie worked to get me the ability to be scheduled on very short notice, greeted me and had great follow up, to the polite, kind and friendly dental assistants and technicians Nelly and Tanya, right down to Dr. Pokras and his promptness, pleasant demeanor and con concern for my comfort.

Excellent experience and root canal are not usually paired together. I’ve had 2 root canals previously and was not looking forward to going into another. Dr. T and his staff Dawn, Velvet, and Angela went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire appointment. My nerves were settled quickly and Dr. T constantly checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of a root canal. I left my appointment and went to volunteer at my sons school with nothing more than a numb mouth. 10/10 would recommend. Read more >

I attended this endodontic practice with a severe infection deep into my jaw. I was in terrible pain. The saw me immediately & as it was so late in the day they could not start the required procedure. So beautiful Dr. Kang anaesthetised me to give me relief & brought me back first thing the next morning & drained my infection. I was super unwell & was vomiting & the dental nurse Courtney could not have been more kind & gentle with me when I felt so vulnerable.
Karina & Jasmine on the front desk all rallied round in support of me to come to my aid & showed me such kindness & care. I could not recommend this practice highly enough. My husband also attends the clinic too. Further to this level of care, a follow up call came the next morning to check in on me to make sure I was ok.
