I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at their Simi Valley location. I experienced an issue during a root canal with my dentist. I needed a specialist. My daughter contacted SCEG for me and spoke with Dawn. She was so friendly and accommodating I got in quickly and they took care of finishing my root canal. She put my mind at ease.
Dr Kang did the work. She explained what the process would be. It was painless. She is awesome. The next day I received a follow up call from Dr Kang checking in on me!

I visited Dr. Kang and her team of the most caring professionals encountered. My dentist highly recommended this office and I understand why. My procedure, a root canal, was completed the same day as the referral. I was terrified. No one ever says anything positive about a root canal. I have had some horrific experiences at the dentist. So much so, I have avoided the dentist like the plague...until I needed a root canal. I have to say the staff at SCEG made me feel comfortable right when I walked into the door. Dr. Kang, Joelly, Lucia and Xen put my mind at ease right away. Dr. Kang was incredibly sensitive to my past experiences. For the first time, I wasn’t uncomfortable or didn’t experience pain of some kind.
