Royal Vent Cleaning

I had an appointment for 9:30AM. The servicemen came at 9:18, prompt, masks on and ready to work! They checked the dryer, assessed what needed to be done (just a vent cleaning), and explaining what they were going to do and how they would do it. They were done within 40-45 minutes and answered my questions. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend their service!

Robin has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so personable and knowledgeable. Her technicians truly know their craft and are efficient and put everything back exactly how they found it. It is refreshing to work with a company that is honest and professional. They have gained a life long customer in me and I will be referring them to anyone in need.

They showed up on time with masks ready to complete my vent cleaning project. They were very courteous and answered all my questions. They worked using very clean techniques such as vacuums and drop cloths. I was given a great price and all my questions were answered over the phone before they arrived. I was very happy with their service and would use them again in the future.

The technicians were on time and took all necessary COVID-19 precautions. I have a difficult dryer vent setup through my attic to the 3rd story soffit. The techs planned out the job and explained the work to me.

The technicians were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning my split systems! Robin is also really nice! In addition, the price that Royal charged me for the service was more reasonable than the price quoted to me for this job by a different company.

I want to give a shout out to Royal Vent cleaning! Had a problem with my dryer vent needed to be cleaned, called spoke to Robin she was awesome. She had someone out the very next day . The gentlemen was very efficient, and clean ,took care of my problem and now ,I’m back to normal drying time. I recommend this company, both honest and great work!!!

When it comes down to it, Royal has the customers health in mind. The vents are the lungs of our homes and with out professionals like Robyn who know how, when and why they should be cleaned. Dirty filters packed with God Knows What and especially in today’s pandemic world. Cleaning and disinfecting is now on our all time check off list.... it’s as important as changing the batteries in our smoke alarms.
