Robin was very responsive to our needs and scheduled a date to clean my dryer vents and several other apts in my bldg. She sent a sched to each of us, reminded us the day before and the service man went above and beyond and was on time! My dryer works perfectly now. Will def use them again.

I used Royal Vent Cleaning a little over two and a half years ago. As result of COVID, I try to keep professional services to the minimum and on really need to use basis. I ordered a vent cleaning kit from Amazon and was sure I have the right tools to clean the dryer vent myself. It started well in the beginning, then disaster! One of the rod came off its fitting and the brush and two rods were stuck in my vent 10 feet deep both ends at a curve and my wife was really mad at me for not calling the professionals. I tried fishing it out for 5 hours but it was a hopeless effort. I went to the attic and start disassembling a portion of the vent that I can access hoping to fish it out from there. Still no cigar :-( I called Royal and asked if they can help. Robin knew exactly who I was! Talk about know your customers. She informed me they are not going to be available for couple...

This company went above and beyond for me. Robin is extremely helpful and responsive. Her team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy I used them to clean the vents in my house. I will only be using them from now on.

I called for a quote to have my dryer vent and hvac lines cleaned, after speaking with Robin, learned that my dryer vent was most likely clean and that my HVAC lines were also in the same condition, she asked me a few questions and we determined I would call back again in a year. She didn't try to sell me on a service I didn't need and it was much appreciated. I will make sure to use this company in the future when i do need the services.
