I called Royal Vent Cleaning because my family has been suffering non stop with allergies. I thought maybe my main AC ductwork needed to be cleaned out. By the end of the phone call, I was told it isn’t my main AC system, it’s my split unit in the basement. I had no clue those units can develop mold so easily! Robin asked me a bunch of questions and she figured out my issue over the phone! They came almost a week later and cleaning out the unit. They were very clean and quick! I will absolutely be having them come every other year to clean it out to prevent the mold buildup. Great company and very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend them!!
