I reached out to Royal Vent Cleaning one afternoon and spoke to Robin who moved heaven and earth to get my service appointment ASAP. The next morning I had two very polite and experienced gentlemen come and clean my dryer vent and replace the outside vent cover to prevent critters from getting in. They were soooo reasonably priced and I am definitely now a loyal customer.
