This is the second time with using Royal Vent, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They are prompt, clean and easy to work with.

Excellent customer service. Robin went above and beyond to ensure everything went as planned the crew came on time and cleaned everything well. They were caring with the removal of vents and very knowledgeable about their services. My house was so dusty and vents needed cleaning . The house felt light and smelled amazing. I’ve always been concerned about dryer safety but didn’t know who to call. After reading reviews for Royal Vent, I gave them a call.
Courteous, professional workers who explained the process as they went along. In addition to removing lint build up, they also discovered the dryer hose had been secured with regular duct tape which was a potential fire hazard and corrected by replacing that with electrical tape. We have had this dryer for years, installed by the appliance store, even had it serviced and we never knew we had a potential risk until Royal Vent came.
