From the moment I spoke to Robin I knew I was in good hands with Royal vent. She took the time to FaceTime with me to see the exact issues I was having and where my dryer vent was because I had no clue and hadn’t cleaned it since we moved in 3 years ago. She told me to expect Mario the serviceman on the date we set up. Mario was punctual and knowledgeable. He discovered my dryer wasn’t venting out of the house but into our garage. He fixed it, cleaned it and cleaned up afterwards. Our dryer is drying in half the time. Much more efficient and we feel safer knowing it was cleaned. Would highly recommend Royal Vent!!

Royal vent did a fabulous job cleaning out my LONG overdue dryer vent. The guys discovered it wasn’t venting properly for some time and thus wasn’t functioning to its full capabilities. Our clothes are drying in half the time now. They were punctual, professional, and the left the work area neat. Would highly recommend!
