She is super friendly, and super thorough ensuring that the service they provide is in line with your specific needs. The communication was wonderful, she even kept an eye on earlier appointments in the event I wanted to get it done sooner. I have abt 20+ ducts that I needed cleaned. There was a team of two and between them they cleaned AND sanitized each duct, cleaned and sanitized my dryer vent, and even repaired an external dryer vent cover that was broken
