The people at Royal Vent Cleaning were very professional and honest regarding our needs. They were very flexible and easy to work with and did a fantastic job! It was a very easy process with very approachable customer service.

I wish I had called them sooner! I had family staying with me and the dryer was getting used more than usual, and clothes were still damp after a drying cycle. I spoke to Robin and she scheduled me for the next day. I’m glad I called when I did, as they found tons of lint in the unit and vent that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years! I thought emptying the lint trap was sufficient, but the technician recommended having this cleaning done every 2 years for the safety and longevity of the house and unit.

While on the phone, I asked if I should have my HVAC vents cleaned as well. Robin walked me through a quick initial cleanliness check and assessed that duct cleaning wasn’t needed at this time. I greatly appreciated her honesty and will continue to use Royal Vent going forward!
