Robin went above and beyond - helping me sort out some not related problems with my washer and dryer. She then accommodated me with a convenient appointment to get my vents cleaned. What isn’t to like about Royal Vent?? Robin was so responsive it almost felt like we were friends. She was quick to assess our needs and explain what the scope of work would be. The cleaners arrived on time and worked efficiently. Finally, there was no mess left in my house. I will be using Royal Vent annually!
