I just used Royal Vent Cleaning for the first time and had a great experience. Robin in the office was extremely knowledgeable and patient when reviewing my system and going over everything the service would include. My appointment was confirmed the day before and the three men that arrived to do the job were courteous, friendly and did a great job!

I was recommended to call Royal Vent Cleaning and they did not disappoint. Service was fast, clean, and efficient. The owner, Robin, treated me like I was one of the family and made sure that a technician was at the house ASAP. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that might need vent cleaning or any of the other services they may provide. 5 stars all around!!

Crew was great and Dryer is working fantastic again! Tough to navigate the attic but they got it done.

Robin and her guys can always fix the problem! I called about an issue and her guys took the time to figure out it wasn’t the problem I thought, but was most likely another issue. I appreciated them taking the time to investigate and make sure my dryer was safe to use. I’ll be calling Robin again when it’s time to solve my next problem.
