I wish I had called them sooner! I had family staying with me and the dryer was getting used more than usual, and clothes were still damp after a drying cycle. I spoke to Robin and she scheduled me for the next day. I’m glad I called when I did, as they found tons of lint in the unit and vent that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years! I thought emptying the lint trap was sufficient, but the technician recommended having this cleaning done every 2 years for the safety and longevity of the house and unit.

While on the phone, I asked if I should have my HVAC vents cleaned as well. Robin walked me through a quick initial cleanliness check and assessed that duct cleaning wasn’t needed at this time. I greatly appreciated her honesty and will continue to use Royal Vent going forward!

The gentlemen who serviced my unit were prompt, polite, professional and thorough. They notified me of what they found, thoroughly cleaned the vents and dryer, removed mold and sterilized the system. My dryer began indicating an airflow/blockage issue which is very dangerous. I jumped online and saw that Royal Vent Cleaning was highly recommended and gave them a call. They called back quickly and were so helpful, informative and thorough. After doing a bit of troubleshooting right over the phone, they got me on their schedule the next day. The guys that came were courteous, clean and quick. All issues resolved and my dryer is working fantastically. Even better, I can rest easy knowing there's no longer a fire hazard! Beyond satisfied, HIGHLY recommend!!!!
