We had Rocky Top put in a new gas furnace/AC. Everyone there is really nice, and we have no problem with the work done. But when the weather turned cold, we noticed that the air didn't come out warm like we're used to, so we called our salesperson. She said she could get a guy to come out and take a look. I assumed it was just a post-installation visit--she didn't tell us it was going to cost us $85, just to find out that the newer 2-stage furnaces don't blow out as warm air as older furnaces do. Then they quoted us a very pricy maintenance program so we wouldn't have to pay $85 the next time. I think we'll find another company to call.
UPDATE: We received our refund, so I'm changing review to 4 stars. I talked to two girls in the office about this issue--I wish it hadn't taken a Google review to get it taken care of.

Service was fast and the problem was fixed. Bought the service plan. A few months later some other part needed to be replaced. Service plan paid most of the cost. Almost paid for the service plan.

Rocky Top has been professional, informative, and so helpful. They installed a mini-split for us and inspected some duct work and everything is working great. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

I needed to have my outdoor A/C units disconnected and moved for a pad to be poured. Later the units were put back in place and reconnected. Rocky Top's price was more than half the price less than other contractors in the area. Everybody I dealt with at Rocky Top were great and very helpful. You'll be very happy to have done business with them!
