They (normally) contact me for the semi-annual review and inspection of my heat and air conditioning units. That has not necessarily been the case for the last 2 years or so. When, finally, an inspection is made, however, it is a good one.

I love Rocky Top Air for many reasons! Technicians are always here on time, they are always very knowledgeable about what to do, always very courteous and always explain what they are doing and why. Couldn't be more pleased with Rocky Top Air, Inc.!!!

The Repair Tech was great. We had an upstairs Air System that wasn't working and the Tech attempted a quick fix by jumping out the control board. But alas the Blower motor was bad. He ordered a Blower motor and was there to install it two days later first thing in the morning. It worked great and it was fixed.
