One Hour Heating and Air/Rocky Top Air helped my wife and I replace our water heater after it broke. Since the water heater was under warranty, we received a new one from the water heater company, but it needed to be picked up and installed. This company was very responsive and clear in what was needed for this process. They did an amazing job and provided great value! I highly recommend them for business.

We had no AC for a bit and Rocky Top came out and found some damage to our out side unit that could not be repaired. We ordered a new condenser and coils. The sales lady came out and explained all the options and was very professional and friendly. They move our installation up into a spot that had been canceled and did the install quickly and professionally. Unfortunately our condensation pump failed a couple of weeks later but Rocky Top came out and inspected it and was able to install a new one same day. We are very happy with the whole process.

My experience with Rocky Top Air by far exceeded all expectations

They were scheduled for Mon morning to disconnect faucets before new countertop and new faucets installed. they texted me to let me know when they would arrive. did the disconnect. then scheduled the reconnect for new faucets afterwards and notified me before coming and did the reconnect. there was a leaking from new sink, but they came back quickly and fixed it.
