I have been a customer of Rocky Top Air for 8 years. I utilize their Annual Maintenance Service for my HVAC system, whole house Dehumidifier system and Plumbing service. Their Office Staff personnel and Service Technicians have always been very polite and courteous. Very knowledgeable and well versed in their field. I am well pleased with their service and definitely continue to use Rocky Top Air.

Rocky Top Air installed my package unit several years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. It was easy to schedule the tune-up, and communications via text messages kept me informed of when Tim was estimated to arrive. I especially appreciate that they sent a photo and short bio to introduce the technician; that’s personable as well as a major safety measure! Their technician, Tim Eleinko, was prompt, friendly, and professional. I continue to recommend Rocky Top Air to anyone needing HVAC repairs, maintenance, or replacement.
