We’ve used Rocky Top since we bought our new HVAC from them. All the staff are nice and professional. We feel well taken care of.

As part of the "Peace of Mind" plan Rocky Top Air offers, I receive two annual inspections -- one for the cooling season and the other for the heating season. Technicians are always friendly and responsive to any questions I might have. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Rocky Top Air and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
