Jamal did a great job. He was in and out quickly. Very polite & knew his stuff.

Timothy always arrives on time and performs his task at a very high level. Also has the best handlebar mustache I have ever seen.

Found a recurring issue that other service providers had missed

Tim was tremendous, both in making the diagnosis and explaining it to us along with the best next steps to solving it. His repair was efficient and effective, which got the system up and running quickly for us. Tim was timely and extremely courteous. Fred was also outstanding in his support and care for us as customers of Rocky Top and Shannon also was great, as she has been many times in the past. They all exceeded our expectations in handling the issue with our unit and we cannot be more pleased and thankful.

Kudos to Travis & Blake for the recent install my new HVAC unit! The duo were very professional & worked well together. Travis made sure the unit was fully operational when the install was finished & explained everything to me in detail. Blake did an awesome job as well & answered any other questions I had. I've been recommending Rock Top for a long time & will continue to do so!
