This was my first experience with Rocky Top Air and I couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed. A maintenance visit. Communications, timeliness, tech’s knowledge and customer focus were superb.

The sales lady was punctual and knowledgeable. Everything in the process occurred just as she said it would. The gentlemen who installed the duct work and package unit were pleasant and courteous and did a good job. I would recommend Rocky Top Air to anyone who is building or needs to replace their heat and air units.
