I’ve been a customer of Rocky Top HVAC for several years. They have taken care of issues ranging from minor thermostat problems and general maintenance with my HVAC to work on several electrical issues. Most recently there was a problem with the supply and return ducts for my unit, with water leakage and mold. This required major repairs. This time I worked with several techs. The team who cleaned the trunk supply ducts and vents were very capable and did an excellent job. Techs Travis and Kenny did the major part of work. This was a 2-day job. Both of them were personable and knowledgeable. They answered any questions and explained the entire process. They made sure my home was kept clean. They worked under very hot conditions largely in a cramped and wet crawl space. Highly recommend Rocky Top and all their techs.

Devin and Manny were awesome! Devin did my annual HVAC maintenance, gave it a thorough cleaning, and caught a failing capacitor that we replaced before anything catastrophic happened. Manny helped with multiple plumbing issues. Was honest about what we needed (and didn't need), very fast service and professional attitude. 10/10 recommend!
