I appreciate having the same experienced technician, Scott, service our unit each time. Scott is thorough, and he explains what he is checking and/or repairing.

Scott is a wonderful technician, knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, and kind to my dog! All the other employees with whom I have interacted were accommodating and professional. I recommend Rocky Top as an excellent choice for HVAC work.

Scott and Timothy came out to do an installation of an AprilAire Steam Generator for our HVAC system. The were very knowledgeable and could answer any question about what they were doing. Explain everything about the AprilAire and how it worked etc... They stayed late to complete the install. We are very satisfied with what they did.

Mark. Manny and Tim came by today for comprehensive home inspections. I have been with them for the past 10 years and they have always been amazing. The plumbing and electrical inspections were free with our maintenance plan. This is a very ethical company and have beaten comps every time we had them. Highly recommended
