Rocky Top HVAC, LLC

Rocky Top handles most of the HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance and repairs for the 10 downtown buildings I manage. Their technicians are well trained and their visits are thorough. At this point, I personally know many of Rocky Top’s employees, and I feel like they have integrity and are serious about good customer service.

Devin and Mark were here today for maintenance.

Tim with Rocky Top was a nice knowledgeable guy who answered all our questions. We called in the morning to report our problem with our Heat Vac and it was repaired by the afternoon. We would definitely recommend Rocky Top.

10/17/25. Devin came to do maintenance on our new HVAC (which was still under warranty) we had Rocky Top to install in 12/24. Devin is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job and answered all my questions. I am so glad we chose Rocky Top and do recommend them. I signed up and paid for a warranty for next year.

Tim came on time and performed warranty work on my a/c unit. He finished up promptly and everything continues to work as expected.

Mark the Electrician was great, knowledgeable, and punctual. He answered all of our questions and offered options. He made sure to interduce himself and call me by my name, we will totally use this company as we have many times before. Review left by Gary Smith
