My tech was very knowledgeable and through in servicing my units. He was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me.

I have had my a/c units checked last week. Scott and Joshua were great. Both are very knowledgable and polite. I could not ask for better customer service. John (office) has gotten back to me to follow up. Very pleased with the way my account has been handled. I would highly recommend.

I have a subscription service (eww… we live in the era of the micro transaction)…. My unit is super old and the monthly subscription and the perks of the service put my mind at ease.
I have had a good experience with RTA and my service providers. I am writing this review in return for a gift card toward a future service- which is the only reason I am not providing 5 stars. While I LOVE free money I do feel that it is important to be transparent with other consumers.

It is worth the peace of mind I have with my old unit. But the practices to get the higher rated online reviews make me question other possible practices when it comes to things like consumer metrics.

Scott was awesome-explained everything to me in a way I understood. I would definitely request Scott if we ever had another heating or air problem.

I feel confident that a good job is always done when Rocky Top does its semi annual maintenance.
