The technician called ahead, was on time, friendly and provided valuable info on maintaining my system. A fairly minor adjustment was made which will save me money in the future. And the cost was very reasonable! I have used Rocky Top Air for several years and have always received good service.

Scott who handled my hvac inspection was very helpful, answered questions and did such a thorough job. He was kind and thoughtful.

I called Rocky Top at ~7:30pm this evening after getting home from work and noticing my home's AC was out. Tim ended up getting to my house by 8:30ish and was done a little after 9. Very efficient, professional, and even taught me a few things about my AC unit. If I need to, will definitely be using Rocky Top Air again.

We have been having continual issues with our AC unit, which is not the fault of anyone, just the situation. But Rocky Top Air has been consistent in honoring their warranty and trying to fix the issue. They are very responsive, professional, and friendly. I'm so glad we use them and we will continue to use them.

One of my AC units was not blowing cool air. I am new to Tennessee so my trust for new repair services are skeptical. Schedule a service was very quick (next day service; I
called 3 PM or so).

Our serviceman Tim was on time and professional. I was 30 mins out and he had no problem waiting for me to come home. I appreciate that.

When looking at the unit Tim did not mind me watching and asking questions and was easy to talk to, even when explaining the technicalities of the process. He found the issue, which was the an easy repair. I already thought I was going to pay twice as much as I did. Not only is the problem fixed now (AC is blowing snow!), he also showed me some maintenance that I should be doing to keep things in order.

I appreciate the service of the company and would recommend anyone to try them out!
