Our technician Jamal arrived early, was courteous and efficient, and quickly serviced our residence inside and out (rather impressive since ours is a three story condominium). He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Jamal was especially conscientious of our carpet as he not only wore protective booties but also elected to walk outside and around the perimeter as much as possible to protect our carpet. We had just had the carpet shampooed the week before and Jamal's courtesy was impeccable. We didn't even mention anything about our carpet beforehand--Jamal's consideration was natural and unprompted. It was a pleasure to have him service our home!
