Joe installed my new HVAC system. He and his helper did a great job, explained how to work the new unit and thermostat and cleaned up and hauled off all trash and debris .

Joe and Antwon just replaced my HVAC system. They were very professional and went straight to work once they arrived at my condo. I would like to add that Antwon offered to change my airfilter before leaving but noticed that it didn't need it. Also, I've been in contact with the business office for a few weeks. I would like to add how professional and kind these individuals are as well. We had some cold nights, and the lady in the office asked if I needed some space heaters that they would bring me some if needed. That's what you call going the extra mile. So far, I'm beyond impressed with this company. Thank you, Rocky Top HVAC
I had to edit my review due to a leaky pipe from the old pvc pipe that cracked. Gabe repaired the cracked pipe at 11pm. He was on his way home and turned around because of my wet ceiling. These people are great!!

We needed service on our A/C unit and Tim showed up on time and got our unit running efficiently. He was very professional and we will definitely request him the next time we need service.

Tim and Zach just came out and fixed an issue that had been present since install from another company. They were quick , polite, and explained everything in detail.

Five stars for the business. Ten stars plus for Gabe who came to my place Friday and stayed later than anyone else would’ve to make sure we had working AC all weekend when my in laws were visiting.
