My A/C went out last night. I called their after hours number, and a tech named Jamal came out around 1:00 today. He'd been here before, two years ago , when it needed recharging. He is very professional and knows his stuff. I recommend this company!

Sent email for service today. Decided to call this morning as I hadn't heard anything back. Spoke with the nicest young lady on the phone and have service coming out today to check my ac unit. Was informed that their internet service wasn't working correctly so you'd be better off calling for service as she isn't receiving internet request for service. Hope this is helpful. Mr Martin. Tim did an awsum job explaining everything that needed to be done and the estimates on new units was very reasonable very detailed.
