We have used Rocky Top for the 5 years we have lived in Hardin Valley and have always been pleased with their services. Alvin and Gabe were professional and friendly. They have never tried to sell us something we do not need.

Alvin came and did maintenance on our 2 hvac units He was very thorough and professional and very nice

Our technician Scott, arrived on time for our maintenance and check-up. He was very polite and professional. Once he was finished with his work, he went over what he had done and asked if we had any questions. We we're very pleased with his work and with Rocky Top Air as well. I would recommend Rocky Top Air to everyone.

I have been a customer or Rocky Top Air for several years and have been very satisfied with the company. Yesterday I had Mark Flatford install 4 separate light fixtures and additional outlets. He was very professional and did not stop until all the work was done. Cleaned up after all the work. I would use him and the company again.

I recently had an urgent issue with my old system and Ian from Rocky Top was able to help me out in a pinch. Ian did great work and was very communicative with what was being done throughout the process. I highly recommend calling Rocky Top with your HVAC needs.

I recently had a ton of electrical work done by Mark from Rocky Top HVAC. He did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and very thorough. He spent 4 days working through all of my electrical needs which included adding and replacing multiple fixtures, fixing and adding outlets around the house, adding a bathroom fan and light, and updating and labeling the electrical box. I’m thrilled with the work that Mark did and would highly recommend working with him and Rocky Top.
