We have been HVAC customers of Rocky Top Heating and Air for 14 years. We have always been more than satisfied with their work and quick response to any problem. Most recently our oven exhaust vent stopped working. We contacted RockyTop electrical division. Mark and Gabe came and diagnosed the problem and helped us determine which parts to order. They have returned to install the parts. The work has been done professionally and efficiently. We highly recommend Rocky Top for electrical as well as heating and air needs.

The Tech.did a great job and was happy to explain things to me. Suggested upgrades. You need to give this guy a gift card or buy his lunch. Employees like this is hard to come by. Thank you.

Rocky Top's service professional, Tim, helped me out today with a furnace repair. He was in constant communication throughout the diagnostic and repair process and he stayed well past 5 pm to complete the job. I'm really glad that Rocky Top sent Tim my way and recommend him highly to others.

Scott did a great job today working on my Mitsubishi mini split. I felt that he was knowledgeable and understood the problems that I described to him. He explained to me the steps he was taking and stated that if the problem was to reoccur, he would come back and try to remedy it. He took the time to make sure the unit was operating correctly under different conditions. He was very polite and thorough in his assessment this evening. I would not hesitate to use either Scott or Tim, who has also always provided great service. Please pass on my thanks to both of these technicians!
