We had 2 of our units go out within 2 weeks during the extreme heat. Each time i had a technician show up within 2 hours of my call, one of which was after hours. Alvin and Tim both diagnosed and resolved each issue quickly. Highly recommend!

We bought an older home that needed an HVAC assessment and some tweaks to get air flowing better in various rooms. Alvin came out and diagnosed the issue and provided us with our best options and we are getting him out to do the work soon! He was professional and thorough, and we will be keeping Rocky Top HVAC as our first call for any/all HVAC needs!

Rocky Top HVAC is the best. I called in and had them come out to help one of my tenants whose A/C had stopped working. When they got there, they couldn't get a hold of me, but still went ahead and did the work anyways. I was so completely appreciative that they would go above and beyond like that to help my tenant even thought they couldn't reach me. I called to thank them profusely later for making sure that my tenant was taken care of. Thank you, Rocky Top HVAC!

I was extremely satisfied with my recent service call. I am so glad I had that service maintenance contract. I’ve had it for several years, but never had to use it! Also happy about the gift cards I have received over the years. Again I had never been able to use them, but this last service call I was able to use them and they were most helpful. I will definitely stay with and Recommend RockyTop Air.

Scott thoroughly inspected the A/C unit for all possible issues and efficiently diagnosed the problem and quickly worked to fix the problem. Very friendly, efficient and thorough. I will always use Rocky Top HVAC!

I was very pleased with the service call I had with Tim. My A/C wasn't working and he was able to get it up and running in a short time and minimal cost by narrowing it down to a bad thermostat. He was pleasant and kept me informed.

My experience with Rocky Top has been great. Many times the same tech (Scott) comes to my house. He is prompt, professional, and communicates when he will be arriving. No one likes to hear they have AC trouble, but I appreciate the professionalism they bring. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.
