I would like to start off by saying Rocky Top HVAC really does Rock!!! They are efficient and very professional. My husband and I are very pleased with their electrician Mark. There’s honestly not enough words to write that would express our sincere gratitude for everything he did for us. We would definitely give him 5 stars and 10 if we could. My husband is on oxygen and had a procedure done and was in the hospital while he was working installing a new electrical panel box. He went far and beyond to make sure he had all of the electrical back on so my husband would not be without his oxygen when we returned home. He is just very nice and caring. Rocky Top HVAC has been to my home quite a few times lately. Started with Plumbing. Manny was very respectful and helpful in navigating through the issue. The install crews at Rocky Top came out to my home and installed a dehumidifier along with a humidifier. All of the employees were great at communicating with me, even giving my dogs their attention.
