We have had issues with our HVAC unit since we moved in. We’ve had multiple HVAC techs come to look at it and fix it temporarily, but it would inevitably break again a few months later. We’ve had a good experience with Rocky Top HVAC previously so we reached out to them when our HVAC went out last night. Devin from Rocky Top was able to come out quickly to diagnose the issue. I was very impressed by his ability to quickly identify the problem. There has been a piece of cardboard in our unit since installation (not performed by Rocky Top HVAC) that should have been removed. I believe this has caused all of our issues in the past. Devin was very professional and then did a thorough check of the entire system to ensure there was no other issue.
