Had maintenance on both HVAC units. Scott gave advice on dealing with the older unit and showed me a damaged capacitor that had to be replaced. He did not pressure about replacing the entire unit. On a broken thermostat, he provided info on the type of unit that we could buy in our own to save money. Recommend Rocky Top Air for honesty and efficiency.

Scott was fantastic. Quickly diagnosed the issue, communicated well, and fixed it.

Alvin was excellent ! He was so helpful for all maintenance needs in our heating and air conditioning units and dehumidifiers.

They do a decent job. We have been using them for over 10 years. The package unit they installed from Trane is now off warranty and is expensive to repair.

My only gripe with them is that by their own acknowledgement they undersized the ductwork when they did the initial installation and duct upgrades. They have come back with estimates for upgrades but having paid them once for duct installation, I feel they had their shot.

As usual, I good service. Scott was polite with me, answering my questions and told me what he did.

Mark was very courteous and respectful, doorbell fixed and new light installed in a timely manner!
