Weird noise coming from sender unit. Called Rocky Top and they were out the next day. Paul figured out the cause quickly and solved the problem. Great service.

Fast response, on time and Scott was very professional and explained everything to me. Will use again.
UPDATE: I did use again! Had a furnace issue, and when Paul came out, unit worked fine. He waited as it came up to temperature, and then it showed its malfunction. Weighing options for my old furnace, but I know I have options of repair or replacement. Paul was great to work with.

Devan was here today to do a routine maintenance check on our HVAC unit. He was a very polite and knowledgeable technician. He did a great job at explaining everything. We have used Rocky Top HVAC for many, many years, and have always been pleased with the service we’ve received. We highly recommend them!

Devin and Manny were here today to service our HVAC and hot water heater. They took the time to address our needs and questions. Repairs and labor costs were reasonable priced. Recommend if you need these services!

We recently signed up with Rocky Too for twice annual maintenance on our HVAC system again in 2026. A technician called to let us know he was in route for routine scheduled maintenance. He asked if all was going well. I mentioned that our system was quite loud inside the house on startup and could he please look at that issue. He arrived on schedule. At the end of the maintenance he called me and said he had a solution for the noise. A hard start relay. And he noted we had no surge protector on our system so he quoted me that device. Installed both the same day. The startup noise on our system has dropped by 80%. Amazing!! Thanks, Rocky Top, for sending the solution for our problems. Great company!

Rocky Top HVAC saved my Dipping Cabinet and also saved me from closing down for few weeks. Logan O. really went out of his way and worked diligently to make sure my matter was resolved quickly and answered all my concerns. Would def use again!

I just want to give a shout out to our Service Technician Will! Will called us to let us know he was on the way and arrived at the time he said he would. He was professional and did a complete inspection on our unit as they always do under our maintenance contract. I would highly recommend Will and Rocky Top for all your HVAC needs!
Rocky Top Air has taken over the general maintenance of our compact heat and air unit. They have exceeded my expectations and provided great repairs and now our twice a year preventative maintenance. I would recommend them to take care of your heat and AC needs! Tim our service tech inspected our unit and made a couple of great recommendations heading into the cold weather season. The work is being completed as I write this. Thank you Tim and Rocky Top Air for keeping out HVAC in top running order.
