Excellent experience with Rocky Top HVAC! The walk-in cooler at my business was having multiple issues. I relayed the issues to the office and they set up a technician inspect the following day. Glenn, the technician, arrived promptly and was very friendly. He clearly communinated the issues and how to resolve them. Glenn also gave me additional tips on ways to maintain my equipment, a nod to his kindness and generosity.
I will definitely use Rocky Top HVAC (and Glenn) next time I have an issue!

I contacted Rocky Top HVAC because my HVAC unit was making a loud noise. They were able to get a technician out the same day. Paul was on time and extremely polite. He was able to repair my HVAC unit the same day and kept me updated through the entire process. I received fast, knowledgeable and friendly customer service from the office and Paul.

Tim with Rocky Top was very detailed, patient with questions, and informative about options for ongoing maintenance, and how to best upkeep existing equipment. Also, Kate was very prompt with scheduling details and accommodating availability. We’ll recommend to friends and neighbors!
