Mark replaced my electric box several months ago and did an amazing job! He was very professional, courteous, and made sure everything worked correctly. Today they installed a new thermostat to help get through the winter

We always find the service professionals at Rocky Top to be very professional and thorough. Recently Mark, the Senior Electrician, took care of an electrical problem for us so we now rely on Rocky Top for HVAC, tankless water heater and electrical maintainence.

We have been with Rocky Top since we moved back to Knoxville. Their service techs are well qualified and efficient. Tim is the tech I request for our service, and he hasn’t let me down. He will give a recommendation of upgrades and why it will benefit our system. He answers your questions, but never pushes for you to buy the upgrade. As he left this last time, he said he will see us for our next service.

Alvin Collins, the Rocky Top technician, arrived as scheduled for fall checkup and maintenance on our units. He quickly identified an issue with our attic unit, proposed a viable solution and agreed to expedite the solution so as to avoid issues while we were out of town. Definitely recommend Alvin, and Rocky Top HVAC.

On November 22, 2024, I awoke to no heat in a very cold house and a blank screen thermostat. I called my local longtime HVAC company. The phone wasn't answered, the website was gone, there was no way to contact the company. Then someone I trust recommended Rocky Top HVAC. The experience has been positive from Day 1. Their technician Alvin Collins came to my house that same day to diagnose the situation, get the heat up and running and soon my house was warm again. I was so impressed with Alvin's knowledge and ability. He listened to the concerns I had going forward about the reliability of the furnace itself, the thermostat and also the whole house humidifier that had never worked consistently. Most companies when it is not working would say you need a new unit. It need a new board and ignitor. They went out of their way to find the parts an get us fixed in time for the Holiday. I have been using Rocky Top for close to 20 years.

Tim came out and was able to diagnose our problem quickly so that we could get started with repairs!
