Chris came out right before Thanksgiving and replaced the capacitor on our heating furnace. Chris did an excellent job, was very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Chris knows what he is doing. Because Chris did not have access to the right size capacitor, he installed a smaller one so we would have heat over Thanksgiving. Rocky Top HVAC was supposed to call me that following week so another technician could come out and install the correct size capacitor for my system. I never received a call the following week, or the week after. So, after a few calls myself, I finally got in touch with someone at the company. Admittedly, it wasn't a big deal because the smaller capacitor was working just fine and we had heat in the house. They sent Chris back out the next day and he took care of us in 5 minutes. Other than the slight communication hiccup about getting the second technician...

Rocky Top Air has taken over the general maintenance of our compact heat and air unit. They have exceeded my expectations and provided great repairs and now our twice a year preventative maintenance. I would recommend them to take care of your heat and AC needs! Tim our service tech inspected our unit and made a couple of great recommendations heading into the cold weather season.
